Trimester（妊娠初期）

産科医: Well, until the second trimester, the baby hasn't decided which opening it will exit through.
　（そうだな、妊娠第2期までは、赤ちゃんがどの穴から出てくるのか決まらないんだ。）

産科医: We'll hope for one of the lower ones, so it won't be fighting gravity.

　白衣を着て偽装した産科医が妊娠の兆候がある女性に適当なことを言う･･･という話ではあるのだけど、笑わせどころがイマイチ分からないなぁ。
