「ステディカム（Steadicam）」は、カメラマンが移動しながら撮影を行う際、撮影によって生じるブレや振動を物理的に抑え、滑らかな移動映像を録る為に開発されたカメラスタビライザーです。

　そして、この映像はステディカムを効果的に用いたスムーズな移動シーンを映画やドラマから集め、再編集した動画です。
